We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Include all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or customised products.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
